Accessibility

The Hook and Ladder is committed to being a welcoming space for everyone. All three stages, the lounge, and the patio are accessible via ramps and level-access entrances. Accessible restrooms are available on the main floor.

We offer designated accessible viewing areas at each show. For hearing-assistance devices, ASL interpretation requests, or other accommodations, please reach out at least 72 hours before the show at access@thehookmpls.com and we'll do everything we can to help.

Service animals are always welcome.

Code of Conduct

Everyone is welcome at The Hook and Ladder — artists, crew, staff, and audience alike. We're committed to building a space that's safe, inclusive, and joyful, and we expect every person in the building to contribute to that.

We don't tolerate: harassment of any kind — including but not limited to unwelcome physical contact, sexual harassment, slurs, or intimidation based on race, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, ability, or any other identity.

If something goes wrong: tell any staff member, bartender, or security. We take every report seriously, and we'll work with you to make sure you're safe and heard. You can also reach us any time at safety@thehookmpls.com.

People who violate this code will be asked to leave, and may be banned from future events.
